Al-Qaida and cupcakes to Her Majesty

A year ago, Al Qaeda launched its first online magazine in English, "Inspire". According to British newspaper "The Telegraph", the British secret services have hijacked the perfect terrorist manual by replacing its text with recipes cupcakes.
