The complainant Strauss-Kahn loses its credibility

The serious decline in credibility of the alleged victim is no longer the case Dominique Strauss-Kahn on the brink of dismissal, even though many of the lies and contradictions incurred Guinean women involved do not affect fundamental aspects of the procedure. Experts believe that it can be almost impossible to go on trial for rape and sexual assault in which the person attacked is not reliable and there is no witness.

A case of rape is always, ultimately, the word of the victim against the criminal. Until a few days, this was the case of a hotel maid, 32, an African immigrant, poor and defenseless, against the director of the International Monetary Fund and leading candidate for the presidency of France.
