Venezuela Lula da Silva wants to lead the mediation in Libya

CARACAS, 3 Mar. (Reuters) - Venezuela wants the former Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva leads the team with which he intends to Caracas to mediate the political crisis in Libya, according to a source told Reuters the Venezuelan government.
