State of the Union: Obama fight for jobs

- In a short video message has given Barack Obama a preview of the themes of his State of the Nation. As expected, the long-term economic growth and job creation at the heart of the speech will be available. Given an unemployment rate of nine percent and a slow start be economic recovery in the U.S., he will give the annual speech on Tuesday in Washington before Congress Member and Senat.

The on Saturday (local time) on his YouTube channel video posted, Obama said that the recovery was progressing, but more must be done to bring the economy back on track. "My basic focus, my number one focus is directed to ensure we are competitive, that we are growing and that we create jobs," Obama said.

The search for ways to keep expanding the budget deficit within limits will play a role in his speech. Obama's Democrats had been defeated in the congressional elections in November heavy losses. This was mainly due to dissatisfaction of many Americans with the economic situation. In his speech to the nation, Obama will therefore try to bring about a change in mood.

That he gave online video views on the upcoming state-of-the-Union address cost, experts as evidence that Obama is already beginning to adjust to the campaign for his re-election next year. At the beginning of the four-minute clip, he said that the final version of the speech was not yet finished: "But because you are from the beginning been there, because it was your efforts and your vision, have helped me along the way to the White House I wanted to give you a glimpse of what I will say.

" This speaks directly to Obama, who had supported him during his successful 2008 election campaign - often with the help of new media like the Internet. Because of his centrist course he is, however, in the left camp in the criticism and must strive to mobilize his supporters of that time again.
