Russia: being thrown out by an unsuccessful rocket launch

The failed rocket launch on 5 December, lost three satellites Glonass-M type. An investigation revealed that the false start was caused by a calculation error. This was pumped too much fuel in the upper part of the rocket. The Russian Glonass satellite navigation system to the U.S. GPS system to compete.
