Argentina appoint a mediator to try to end the strike in the oil sector of Santa Cruz

BUENOS AIRES, Oct 23. Argentina's government has appointed an official as "normalizing delegate" to try to end the strike in the oil sector in the province of Santa Cruz (south), which began 22 days and maintaining a standstill the production of this product the region, following the intervention of the Union of Santa Cruz Private Oil by Order of the provincial government, as reported by the Argentinean newspaper "Clarin."
