Argentina .- Fernandez de Kirchner appointed a new head of presidential security

BUENOS AIRES, 23 Feb. The president of Argentina, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, on Wednesday accepted the resignation of presidential security chief, Colonel Alexander Graham, to be replaced by Lieutenant Colonel Agustin Rodriguez.
