Military police remand for accused child-blank shooting

BRASILIA, 25 Mar. The Court of the State of Amazonas, in northwest Brazil, has ordered preventive detention for six military policemen accused of involvement in an assault on a fourteen year old who was shot at close range, according to the newspaper "Folha de Sao Paulo."
