The "perfect storm" of the world (Arabic)

Hillary Clinton on Feb. 5 said that in the Middle East could see a "perfect storm". Declaration of helplessness and waiting? Or if instead of Obama, quietly, decided and convinced the reluctant soldiers accustomed to the Bush doctrine the Pentagon that the war is done the old way of the Cold War, without ads, without spectacular deployments of troops, without ideologies of democracy and global exports of same in other cultures, but a change from below, from the underground in the sense of the riots, in silence, as before, with the CIA and funding to opposition groups and opinion, with covert and clandestine operations.

It would be a surprise and to support - a posteriori - the Nobel Prize for Peace in 2009 won a surprise - after all what has been called the best offensive diplomatic and cultural life of the new tenant of the White House: the discourse of reconciliation with the ' Islam in Cairo, June 4, 2009: "We seek a new beginning" - and somehow an explanation of the fast and perfect timing of the fall of the dominoes regimes of the Maghreb (waiting for those in the Middle East in general?).

But maybe not, not about the political fiction: the perfect storm is produced only by the rising tide of the peoples in their flow to the flow of individual freedoms have resulted in a sudden turn and epoch of the contemporary world, still capable of surprising us. It 'just another end of history (Fukuyama).

And the beginning of another story. And another world (Arabic). And not only.
