Rousseff announced the construction of 6,000 houses for victims

BRASILIA, 28 The president of Brazil, Dilma Rousseff, has announced the construction of 6,000 homes in the state of Rio de Janeiro (southeast) to be delivered free to more than 20,000 people have lost their homes by torrential rains the last two weeks.
