Moscow would pay 1.37 billion euros for the two ships Mistral

The second ship should be cheaper because Russia will increase its participation in its construction than the first. Supply to Russia of such a vessel is a first for NATO.

She criticized the United States and some Western allies, like the Baltics and Georgia. The negotiations, launched at the end of a Franco-Russian summit in March in Paris, will have lasted nine months. France had declared its willingness to sell to Russia up to four Mistral at a cost of about 500 million euros.
