A residence of Congolese President Joseph Kabila in Kinshasa was attacked Sunday, February 27, said the spokesman of the government. Troops from the Republican Guard were patrolling on foot in small groups near the presidential residence, a district where the embassies.
Light armored vehicles and a tank also circulated slowly around the neighborhood.
