Argentina .- arrested a former soldier accused of committing crimes against humanity during the last dictatorship

BUENOS AIRES, 14 Jun. The Argentine authorities have arrested in Buenos Aires Cao Leopoldo former military, accused of committing crimes against humanity during the last military dictatorship (1976-1983), who was a fugitive from justice from the past 26 May.
