BRASILIA, 8 Feb. The Independent League of Samba Schools (Lies) has announced that Rio Grande, Union Island and Portela, the three coaches whose schools were involved in the flames of fire broke out Monday in the City of Samba Rio de Janeiro, can not put down the competition this year.
