ROME - An Italian tanker, the "Savina Caylyn", was attacked around 5:30 this morning from a small boat of pirates while sailing in 'Indian Ocean. During the attack would have been fired several rounds of gunfire, but would not be injured. The freighter is now in the hands of bandits. The Navy frigate 'Zephyr', which is located in the Indian Ocean as part of anti-piracy mission of the European Union 'Atlanta', is heading to the area where the attack took place that will reach in a couple of days.
According to preliminary Navy "on board the Italian ship (105 thousand tonnes) of the company Fratelli D'Amato, there were five Italians and 17 Indian crew members." Moreover, they point out still military sources, the attack took place in the Indian Ocean, is 880 miles from Somalia and 500 from India, and this means that the little boat of pirates presumibimente was placed in water from a so-called "mother ship" breeding in that area.
The captain of the tanker tried to avoid the pirates doing the maneuvers 'evasive' referred to in those cases - rate of acceleration, sudden changes of direction - and using powerful jets of water against the punt, but the robbers did not hesitate to use machine gun and RPG rocket launchers, allowing them to board and seize the ship.
From Naples, home to Fratelli D'Amato, for the moment no one wants to comment on the story. The company, based in Via dei Fiorentini, works with a fleet of 40 ships "Panamax" bulkcarriers, of property that is rented by the major owners of the world as Onassis London Niarcos Athens Oetker Hamburg.

The landfill areas are, however, in the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, Japan, China, USA.
