BUENOS AIRES, 16 Feb. Undersecretary of the Department of Defense for Western Hemisphere Affairs of the United States, Frank Mora, recalled that in September 2009 was presented the same type of material in Argentina that has now been seized by the South American country to consider consists of "listening devices" and "drugs."
