An incident caused the evacuation passion of a terminal of an airport in Milan

The departure area of Terminal 1 at Malpensa Airport, one of two that serve the city of Milan (northern Italy), had to be evacuated today after an incident in the area of sales that ended in a shooting in which a man was wounded, as reported by sources of the company that manages the airfield, the SEA.

Apparently, the wounded man, a Tunisian national, has stamped his car he was traveling with his wife and children, against the glass of the check-in area of Terminal triggered after a violent argument between the couple. Then the man, a Tunisian about 40 years, has left the car with a knife and the police there have fired, wounding him in the foot.

According to reconstructions of the events that gather the Italian media, the shooting occurred after the Tunisian stamp his car, a Hyundai Tucson SUV stolen in the morning, against one of the doors of the departure area of Terminal. The man was accompanied to the airport to his wife, Italian nacinalidad, and their children, who were in the car, and, apparently, between the pair has sparked a furious debate, precisely because of the departure of her, which has made the man lost control of the car and end flush against a glass door access to the starting area.

Then, out of the car with a knife, which has led to the intervention of agents, Il Corriere della Sera reported. One of them shot him in the foot, wounding him slightly, after which she was arrested and taken to hospital in Gallarate. The departure area of Terminal 1 was evacuated and the bomb have inspected the contents of the car.

Rule out the hypothesis of an attack. According to SEA, landings have undergone no alteration, while departures have been suspended at Terminal 1 and will suffer delays due to the suspension of sales and the closure of some access to the airport. No news in Terminal 2.
