The prime minister meets with U.S. Secretary of State Assets in the regime of Muammar Gaddafi will be thawed and will feed into a special fund for the rebels. After weeks of study, the proposal was approved at the second meeting of the Contact Group for Libya, the Foreign Ministry today. A necessary support to that which is not a "civil war", said the foreign minister, Franco Frattini, but the "resistance of the Libyan people" against the attacks of the rais.

Gaddafi and the Crusades selective
At the university we study the problem of state legitimacy: when it can be considered legitimate? Answer: when it is based on citizens' consent. Then, a tyrannical state is illegitimate? Depends: even a tyrant can have consensus, democracy is not the only possible form of government, certain that if deported, killed, imprisoned, if in fact ruled by terror, then his rule is illegitimate.
Even then I happened to think of Mussolini, Hitler and Franco, all dictators with a strong popular support, and Stalin, who deported and instead killed millions of people. My professor would consider the first three legitimate governments, and the last unlawful. Now there's Gaddafi international intervention, and I've made me some ideas.

Moussa Koussi, Libya with love?
A spy, indeed, the spymaster of Gaddafi, can not bring a repeat mysteries. Since Moussa Koussi, until yesterday, Libyan Foreign Minister, and former intelligence chief Colonel in the late afternoon of Wednesday 30 has landed a surprise with a clearly non-scheduled air in the small English Farnborough Airport, all you do one question: has failed to cooperate with British authorities and the pro-rebel forces of the alliance? He came to dealing with his personal salvation, or perhaps even that of the Libyan leader? Of his own, turning his back to Gaddafi, as stated by an official of the Foreign Office, or rather "diplomatic mission", as argued by London in the very first time? Nobody, perhaps not even those directly involved, can currently give a definitive answer.

Evil 2.0, or bad time to Gaddafi
Few things are certain in life. The bad, until recently, was one of them. At one time, in fact, evil was a milestone, something that's available to men on one side or the other. Those who from time to time embodied evil were completely classified in the service of a cause, in two words, they were afraid.
Consider the idea that we had the most vicious serial killers in history, or dictators. Take the most famous of all, Hitler, and think for a moment the abominable and terrifying formalism of his figure. The black tuft on the forehead while you disrupt delivered his speech hoarse and possessed, in front of audiences whose ranks among martial blowing as a cold current, the breath of death.

How Gaddafi defend with fear
Unfortunately there was to be expected. The Italian government is rooting for Colonel Gaddafi. After avoiding for days to disrupt the Cape Bedouin and after saving clear words of condemnation of the massacre, the government now seems to have found justification for his cynicism. As expected pulls out an old tool: the strategy of fear.
In fact, in these days of government activism in foreign policy is summed up in one word: a llarmismo! There are two directions in which the Government is marching On the one hand shakes the Islamic threat and the other feeds a syndrome of invasion. Perhaps this strategy is to better manage public opinion decisively sided with the "squares of freedom" that emerge in the southern Mediterranean.
